You agree that if you elect the EASY PAY program, you are still responsible for ensuring full payment is made for your vacation and you must monitor your payment instrument and balances to ensure payment is processed; If you miss a payment for any reason (dishonored payment, you request a stop payment, etc.) the remaining balance is recalculated and future monthly payment amounts will change; If you miss two payments during this program, your participation may be cancelled automatically, and the cruise line will require payment of full balance immediately or by the final deadline date. This service is offered as a courtesy and you agree to hold JADAR Travel and Cruise and its agents harmless for any loss, damage or any other harm you may suffer due to any non or late payment.
