 *Terms and Conditions

  • For each referral, the existing customer (who must have bought and sailed on at least one previous cruise sold through JADAR Travel & Cruise), who makes the referral (the “Customer”) will receive a $10.00 cash back reward on a future cruise or vacation package (individual or group). The new customer referred to JADAR Travel & Cruise (the “Friend”) will in turn likewise receive a $10.00 cash back on a cruise or vacation package.
  • Customer cash back reward not valid on cruise or Vacation Package already booked at time of referral. Award cannot be applied retroactively to already booked vacation.
  • Vacation Package is any Destination Vacation that includes minimum of two of the following elements - minimum 4 nights hotel stay, car rental, package price of over $500.00 plus tax. Air only bookings not eligible.
  • Referral reward becomes payable only after the Friend purchases a cruise or vacation package through JADAR Travel & Cruise within 3 months of JADAR receiving the referral and will complete or have completed that cruise or vacation package within 15 months of purchase.
  • Referral Reward is voided if Customer or Friend cancels the subject cruise or Vacation Package and cannot be reinstated by any subsequent booking.
  • Friend must not be an existing JADAR Travel & Cruise customer at the time of the referral (have never purchased any travel solution through JADAR before).
  • If sailing on the same itinerary/voyage or in a group, Customer and referred Friend must be booked under different booking numbers, in different rooms to be eligible for the referral reward.
  • To be eligible for a referral reward, Customer must submit referral by providing Friend’s name and contact information at the following website: http://jadartravels.com/referralrewards.html . Alternatively, Friend may inform sales representative at the time of the initial phone call with JADAR Travel & Cruise that he or she was referred by a particular Customer.
  • ONLY referrals made through this form are eligible for this reward. Phone referrals or referrals done via any other avenue are not eligible.
  • There is no limit to the number of Friends a Customer can refer.
  • Customer will be eligible for one referral reward for each new Friend who purchased a cruise or vacation package. Customer will not get referral rewards for any additional travel solution(s) purchased by Friend at a later date.
  • Only one Customer may receive referral rewards for referring a particular Friend. If multiple Customers submit the same referral, credit will be given only to the earliest referral.
  • Customer may use as many referral rewards on any single cruise or Vacation Package, up to the price of the cruise or vacation, excluding taxes and fees (which are the passenger's responsibility). Unexpired, unused referral reward(s) may be applied to any future cruise or Vacation Package purchased according to the terms and conditions here.
  • Reward may be applied as a credit to reduce the cost of an eligible cruise or Vacation Package bought , sent as a cash back check to the Customer or Friend after the conclusion of the eligible cruise or Vacation Package. Allow up to 30 days for delivery of funds.
  •  JADAR Travel & Cruise employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in the referral rewards program.
  •  This referral rewards program is intended to incentivize Customers to refer their family, friends and personal acquaintances. No referral reward will be given for referrals generated as a result of links posted on a website or other public forum. We reserve the right to deny referral credit when we have reasonable cause to believe the Friend is not personally known to the Customer.
  •  JADAR Travel & Cruise reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral rewards program at any time without notice.
